In case you missed the Epsom ingredient spotlight, I touched on its benefits which include detoxifying and relieving muscle aches. Salt soaks can be very therapeutic and the perfect remedy after a hectic day.
Here are a few ways you can use Senica’s bath salts:
Option 1. Add 2-4 tablespoons to your tubs, fill with warm water and soak.
Option 2. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of your bath salt in a portable tub with water and soak your feet. This is a good alternative If you don’t like soaking in the tub or have limited mobility. (A dish pan or small bucket are easy options available in the kitchen section of stores that sell home goods.)
Option 3. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of your bath salt in a bowl of water and soak your hands.
You should soak for about 15 minutes. Once you’ve completed your soaking session, you can follow up with a gentle loofah or scrub to remove dead skin, rinse and then apply a rich moisturizer.
All this talk about bath salts makes me want to soak my feet. 🙂 I hope you find these tips helpful. Do you prefer soaking in the tub or just soaking your hands/feet? Let me know in the comment section.
