1. Ginger soothes stomach cramps. Try a cup of infused ginger root with honey.

2. Ginger is commonly used as an anti-dandruff scalp remedy. Add at least 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root to a cup of boiling water. Allow to infuse. Mist on your scalp and let it sit for a bit before shampooing. You can also use it as a scalp mist between hair wash session.

3. Ginger tea eases nausea, travel sickness and helps the body ease symptoms of cold and flu.
