Warmer weather is the perfect time to try a natural body mists. A natural water based mist is easy to use and can be customized in many ways. The water helps to cool the skin and the essential oils can be added for scent or their therapeutic properties. Here’s a basic recipe along with a few recommended essential oil blends.
Body Mist by Sénica
2 ounces Water
10-15 drops of Essential Oil(s)
A spray bottle
Essential oils worth trying
Peppermint + lavender = refreshing
Geranium + bay rum = sweet and spicy
Orange + lemongrass = uplifting
Pour water into spray bottle
Add essential oils
Shake well before use
Quick Tip: Try a 50/50 mix of water and aloe vera juice for a skin soothing spray. Aloe vera soothes and balances the skin.
