Try a little honey in the bath for softer skin

Honey is a natural humectant that draws moisture to the skin. Start with 1-2 tablespoons of honey to your tub for a skin-softening body soak fit for kings and queens. You can always add more honey if you like.

Try a milk bath for a skin cleansing and softening experience.

Milk’s lactic acid content helps to clean and soften the skin. Which is great if you deal with conditions like eczema. Lactic acid is also believed to assist in skin cell renewal. Start with 1/4 cup of milk powder or 1 cup fresh milk (liquid) to your tub for velvety soft skin. You can always add more if needed. Whole milk is best because it is more soothing and moisturizing.

Tip: Add your favorite herbs to your milk bath for an extra treat.
