The hustle and bustle of live can keep us bogged down and neglected. Here are three ways you can show yourself more love and minimize stress no matter how busy you get.

  1. Keep you words sweet! Speaking positive words can help you push through many emotionally charged days.
  2. Take time to care for you. Let you inner beauty reflect on the outside, even when you are not feeling 100%. This can mean a 20 minute walk to relieve stress, a soak in the tub, a movie and a manicure. The possibilities are endless, just do something you enjoy.
  3. Surround yourself with positive people. True friends encourage, support and help you grow in your weak areas. If you current circle of friends leave you stressed out, it may be time to trade them in.
