Do you struggle with dry skin? Well, here are three things you can do to keep your skin beautiful and glowing year round.

1. Drink more water to flush toxins out of your body. Lack of water can impact the way your body functions, your energy levels, the appearance of your hair and more. So get it together and drink up.

2. Eat more fruits & vegetables – think “5 to stay alive.” Fruits and veggies provide vitamins, minerals and fiber which are important for keeping your body healthy. Smoothies or juicing are an easy way to up your fruit and veggie intake.

3. Cleanse, tone & moisturize regularly from head to toe. Your skin will thank you.

Cleansing removes dead skin and impurities, giving you a natural glow.
I use a Sénica soap bar for the face and body and will sometimes use a herbal cleansing powder for the face.

Toning restores the skins’ pH and completes the cleansing process by removing excess cleanser, makeup and other impurities. I love aloe vera juice and orange blossom for toning the skin.

Moisturizer seals the moisture in and leaves your skin soft and smooth. My go to products for moisturizing are the Koko Kwèm shea moisturizer, olive oil and jojoba oil.
