Shipping is available to the continental United States and outlying U.S. Territories, Canada, APO and FPO Military. Rates vary based on the weight and the number of items ordered. Orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped via US Postal Service and/or UPS. Prices may also vary for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days (or as indicated on our e-store news box). Order delivery is based on the shipping option you selected during checkout. Shipping notifications are generally sent out for orders sent via USPS and UPS.
We recommend insuring your package for your protection. Sénica™ is not responsible for uninsured packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen.
UPS Insurance: Orders shipped via UPS usually include $100 insurance.
USPS Insurance: Per the US Postal Service, the cost of shipping is not covered. International customers, please let us know in the “Special Instructions or Order Comments” section on the payment page during the checkout process if you would like to purchase insurance and we will add it to the shipping total.
If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials so that we can assist you in filing an insurance claim.
Your satisfaction is our main concern at Sénica™. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at email@example.com to request a return authorization. If approved, your are required to return the unused portion of the order within 15 days of receiving the product for a credit of the initial purchase price (minus all applicable shipping charges). Please include your order information so we can credit the order appropriately. Credits are issued for future purchases on our e-store. The credit may be used toward any item(s) from the Sénica™ e-store within 12 months of the issue date.
